What is your photography style?
We take an approach to wedding photography which incorporates both traditional photo-journalistic styles.... this ensures that your final album is the perfect contemporary mix to create a truly beautiful wedding story.  We like to capture not only the romance of the day, but the fun and the excitement that surrounds a wedding, to tell your story in the most beautiful way possible. 

What sets you apart from other photographers?
We take pride in the fact that we make it a priority to get to know the bride and groom very well so that we all feel comfortable and so we are able to really capture the couple's personalities as well. 

Do you have references?

How many photographers are included in your packages?
Most of our packages include 2 photographers. The two photographers that would be shooting your event would be Ana & Aurora (the owners and only photographers of Studio Eternity).

Do you substitute photographers or send a complete stranger to my wedding?AndWill I always get 2 photographers?
We will never send a total stranger to photograph your wedding. We take pride in the fact that we try to establish a relationship of trust and understanding with our clients, and sending a complete stranger in our place would only tamper with the trust that we hope has already been established. If either Ana or Aurora happen to be deathly sick then the other one would still be attending your event and would bring with her an assistant photographer, so you will always get two photographers. We have never had to substitute a photographer for any event, but rest assured that we will never just leave you “hanging” without a photographer on your wedding day.

What is a “printing credit”?
Some of our brides like to create their own custom package… so we created the printing credit to accommodate to their needs. With the printing credit you can create your own print package (based on our standard pricelist) ...you can use the credit to print whatever you might need – enlargements, any size print, canvas prints, parents albums, etc.

Do you include a traditional wedding album?
No, we do not include a traditional album with our packages – instead we include a beautiful coffee table album, but we can substitute our coffee table albums for a traditional album if you wish.

What is a coffee table album?
These are professional hard bound books of your favorite wedding images. They really are a truly modern way of showcasing your favorite wedding images. Aurora personally designs each and every page.

Do we get to decide which pictures will be included in the coffee table album?
Yes…. We will have you pick your favorite pictures. We will showcase your absolute favorite pictures and we will also have you pick several other “filler” pictures that we will use in the design as well.

How many pictures are included in the album?
The amount of pictures included in the album will depend on not only the amount of pages that the album includes, but also on the style of album that you would like to have

What if we want more hours than what the package offers?
We will gladly stay more hours at your event if needed… we have an hourly rate that you can take advantage of.

Do you have a travel fee?
We do have a travel fee that applies to all of our packages. Our travel fee is $50 for locations 30-60 miles away from Moreno Valley… $75 for locations that are 60-75 miles away from Moreno Valley… and $0.50 per additional mile after the 75 miles. With our deluxe package “D” we offer a 50% off discount on all our travel fees.

What areas do you travel to?
We travel all over Southern California… from the Inland Empire, to Los Angeles, to Orange County and San Diego County.

What if my wedding is out-of state? Do you still travel?
We are always willing to travel to whatever location you would like… we just ask that the client takes care of all the travel expenses.

Is a CD of my images included in the package?
Our deluxe package “D” does include a CD of ALL of your wedding images at full resolution. You can also purchase your CD with any other package for an additional fee.

Do you offer black and white or sepia prints?
Since we shoot with digital, any picture can be turned into black & white or sepia tone at no additional charge.

Do you do color tinting? (where the image is black and white or sepia, but a section in color.. like the flowers)
We gladly do color tinting for our clients. We do charge an additional fee for color tinting, depending on the image and the amount of time necessary to create the effect. In most cases the fee is very minimal since we can do color tinting rather quickly, but it does depend greatly on the detail of the image.

How long after my wedding before I get to see my wedding images?
We try to finish processing your images as soon as possible, we know how anxious you are to see the beautiful pictures that we have captured.. so we make it a top priority to get your pictures ready for viewing as soon as possible. Our average turn around time is around 3 weeks from the day of your wedding.

How will I be able to view the images?
We utilize on-line galleries and do all of our projects with on-line proofing. This is a very effective way to show you your wedding images. We will email you a link to your gallery within 3 weeks after your event and you can forward that link to whoever you would like as well.
